One of the things we are very happy about is to see our clients thrive and to see it in times of crisis is just overwhelming. Our commitment goes beyond building a smoker and delivering it to their owners, it’s way more than that, we want to assist them whether smoking for a hobby or for a living. This is our utmost prayer every night, that they will do well with the craft they have chosen.
Everytime we entertain repeat customers who wanted an upgrade in size, we would ask them first to make sure the size upgrade is already needed. We will ask a few things and suggest a few tips on how to make the most of their old ones. We know that a new build is a big help to our team, it’s a sale, but we are also mindful of our clients and make sure that they are doing the best decision at that particular time.
After holding off their orders for few weeks/months then they will come back to us say, “Sir ready na talaga kami for a bigger smoker, hindi na kaya ng batch smoking to fill up our stock.” This kind of messages makes us happy and somehow gives a sense of fulfilment knowing that our clients is really doing well and taking their craft to the next level.
The only way is up. Part of our service goes beyond just crafting bbq but also helping and guiding our clients to keep smoking meat, the phrases “let’s chill and grill” and “smoke on” were used hardly on our page to encourage everyone to keep at it and never lose hope. The only way is up.
