You’re browsing your newsfeed, you swipe up and everything seems the same, until one particular video caught your attention. A video of a person, picking a bone off from that rack of ribs or carving a slab of brisket that’s looks so tender and juicy. You play that 3-minute clip, it shows the meat, the rub, the smoker and then it jumped to the smoked meat all set to be served. After watching that video, you say to yourself, “wow that looks so yummy and it seems so easy to make.” Hold on, wait a second, sorry to kill your excitement but it is not as easy as it looks. Thanks to video editing for making it look like just another ordinary dish but in reality it takes patience, passion and dedication to really craft a good one. That 3-minute clip is just a splice of long hours of smoking bbq which normally go for hours, from preparation of meat to firing up the smoker, managing the fire and maintaining temperature and not to mention the little things you do in between all throughout the process. So what’s good about this kind of Bbq? I guess I just said it, it’s not just about the meat and the flavor but it’s all about the passion and hardwork that goes behind it that’s been hidden from a 3-minute video clip. The challenge of crafting a good one actually adds fuel to pursue this craft and to see people enjoy it is just a bonus on the fulfilment we get about this kind of Bbq. Smoke on!
Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance.
I must say you’ve done a superb job with this. Additionally, the blog loads very quick for
me on Opera. Outstanding Blog!
